About the Dojo

Established in 1970, Salinas Kendo Dojo has been a strong presence in Northern California, California, and the United States throughout its existence. We have produced many kenshi (aka swordsperson) who have gone on to win at the national level and represent USA at the world championships. Our small, familial atmosphere provides a great instructor-to-student ratio to ensure you receive the attention you need to progress quickly.
